Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike produce code snippets related to completely empty message comments.
  - Done.

- Mike recover percent format specifications in spreadsheet.
  - No new progress.

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


Parser development:

- Bob: We are waiting for BIRD 175 to be passed.
  - That is the probable number, it is not submitted yet.
  - In this BIRD the [Define Package Model] interacts with [Pin Mapping].
  - The parser work might be a bit tricky.

IBISCHK Message Comments:

- Mike showed an HTML file generated by a Perl script.
- Mike: Previously the script generated a text file for each IBISCHK message ID.
  - It now creates an HTML file for each IBISCHK code module.
  - There is an index of message IDs at the top, followed by the C code.
  - Clicking on an ID takes you to the right place in the code.
  - Some IDs are found in multiple places.
  - Any #if or #ifdef statements found are highlighted in red.
  - The target IDs are blue, but not clickable.
  - These could be linked to the errlog.c line defining the message string.

AR: Mike update HTML IBISCHK message files and send to Bob and Lance.
